Series hours are not generally transferable, but may be used by all members of your household.
The discount is based on hour units, however, it is sold in 1/2 hour increments to allow 90 minute sessions, etc.
That is, series hours may also be used towards longer sessions for the appropriate additional ½ hour(s) of the series. Notwithstanding the differences in prices of the other treatments, you may use series hours for any of them. Add-ons count as an additional hour even if the treatment is shorter.
Upon approval, series may be used for outcall massages. An additional ½ hour travel surcharge may be added to first of every four visits per package.
If necessary, refunds on series discounts are based on purchase value less the value of session hours actually used calculated as if they were purchased according to their actual use and not as a pro-rated or discounted amount from the original purchase. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process
